Renowned for her expressive artistry, pianist Ruth McGinley explores the hypnotic sound world of Philip Glass through works including Metamorphosis, selected Études, and music from Glassworks and Mishima, before moving into the lyrical jazz inspired landscapes of Keith Jarrett and Bill Evans, concluding with Evans’s timeless Peace Piece. An Arts Council NI Major Individual Artist Award recipient, Ruth creates immersive performances that are intimate, reflective and deeply moving.
