Nathan Salsburg The Sunflower Friday 30 April, 8.00pm Nathan Salsburg is one of his generation’s most gifted and idiosyncratic acoustic guitarists. Since 2011, when the first of his eight solo albums was released, he has quietly established a style marked by a depth and a complexity wholly his own, drawing on abiding interests in minimalism, rural American vernacular musics, and the work of British folk revivalists like Dick Gaughan, Dolly Collins, and Nic Jones.
