The Association of Lagoudera Residents and Expatriates is organising the Festival of Authentic Traditional Flavours on Sunday, 11 October 2026, from 10:00 to 17:00, at the square of Agios Georgios Church in Lagoudera, Cyprus. This all-day festival is dedicated to Cypriot gastronomy, traditional flavours, local products and the preservation of our cultural heritage. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover authentic Cypriot culinary traditions through interactive workshops demonstrating the preparation of traditional halloumi cheese, fresh anari cheese, soutzoukos and palouzes.
