Olive trees and Mediterranean: a unique harmonious coexistence, perfectly connected and identified for centuries create a special culture, the culture of the Olive Tree, a part of the Mediterranean Culture. The olive trees coexist with humans in almost all Neolithic settlements of the eastern Mediterranean, including Cyprus. Thus, the existence of monumental olive trees, due to age or natural characteristics, is expected.
