This course is designed for those with some experience in clay who wish to deepen their hand-building practice and refine their technical skills. Building on foundational techniques such as coiling, slab construction, and pinch work, participants will be encouraged to push scale, form, and surface further through more considered and intentional making. There is space to develop personal ideas and direction, whether working towards functional ware or more sculptural, expressive pieces.
