The Castle Players present two one-act comedies guaranteed to provide a night of fun and laughter, featuring some well-known faces as well as people who are new to the stage. In What’s for Pudding by David Tristram, Mary seems unimpressed with the usual Saturday night takeaway in front of the telly. Her husband Jack is at a loss as to why she is upset and as the night progresses, tensions rise. The situation is further complicated by alcohol intake and the arrival of three unexpected guests. A perfect storm brews!
