Come along to the Square Box, Ranfurly House on Wednesday 25 th November (7.30pm start) for a cookery demonstration with celebrity chef Paula McIntryre, MBE, and enjoy the delicious food and rich traditions of Ulster-Scots. Using locally sourced produce, Paula will demonstrate how to cook several festive sweet and savoury dishes associated with the traditions of Ulster-Scots. This is an evening not to be missed. Bio: Paula McIntyre trained as a chef at Johnson and Wales Culinary University in the USA and in restaurants in London and Ireland.
