About

How do you find out who’s guilty when nobody is innocent? Four criminals on different rungs of the underworld hierarchy are thrust together to guard a high-profile hostage. However, when things start to go wrong, this dysfunctional crew's already frayed relationship descends into something altogether darker and more dangerous. Dead Asset is a hilarious black comedy exploring the extremities of human nature and the corrosive effects of mutual suspicion. Blending elements of satire, farce and subversive humour, the play both celebrates and upends the tropes of a traditional whodunit.
