About

Written by Hugo Hamilton Directed by Andrew Flynn "I have friends and family, I am in this wonderful country, I have money, there is nothing much wrong with me except I am dying." NUALA, adapted from the novel Every Single Minute, is an uplifting and heartbreaking account of Irish writer Nuala O’Faoláin’s trip to Berlin the month before she passed away from cancer. A story of a candid friendship, memory and intent. "Hamilton’s story, a slightly fictionalised account of his 2008 trip to the city with the dying Nuala O’Faoláin, is a tender one.
