This year, we are delighted to welcome Luca Grasselli of Cascina Lago Scuro, Italy as our guest chef. Luca will bring his Italian heritage and culinary influences to the Boyne Valley, creating a bespoke menu that blends the very best Irish and Italian ingredients and traditions. Each course will celebrate seasonal produce while exploring the special relationship between Ireland and Italy - two countries united by a shared passion for food, farming, provenance and hospitality.
