About
BTG presents John B. Keane’s hilarious and poignant comedy The Chastitute, co-directed by Charlie McGuinness and Ollie Kenny and dedicated to the memory of the late, great Gus Hanley. John Bosco McLaine is a 53-year-old bachelor farmer, celibate by force of circumstance and determined to find himself a bride. What follows is a wonderfully funny and awkward journey through matchmaking, mishaps and rural Irish life. A much-loved comedy, The Chastitute promises plenty of laughs and a great night’s entertainment.
