Inspired by the stories, folklore and legends surrounding Kilkenny’s famous witch trials, Print the Witch! is a relaxed, beginner-friendly introduction to the traditional craft of linocut printmaking. Guided by local artist and printmaker Blaise Butler, you’ll learn how to carve and hand-print your own witch or folklore-inspired design. You’ll be guided through each step of the process; from designing and carving to pulling your finished print. No previous experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
