A special weekend dedicated to Cyprus’ traditional wine, Commandaria, and the authentic flavours and traditions of the island. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover how traditional products are made, take part in the preparation of palouzes and taste local specialities free of charge. The programme highlights Commandaria and its grape-based products, including palouzes and soutzoukos, alongside other Cypriot favourites such as pisies, halloumi and resi. Visitors will also be able to taste Commandaria and Zivania.
