Executive Chef Apoorva Kunte has reimagined the three-tier High Cheese experience around the elemental themes of fire and water, balancing heat, spice and cooling textures through a theatrical progression of sweet and savoury dishes. Created in collaboration with Richmond cheesemonger Supercheese and paired with Punt Road Wines, the refreshed menu showcases exceptional local and international cheeses through inventive dishes, including Red Leicester arancini, Long Paddock cheese cannoli and a decadent Woombye triple cream brie creation.
