ngiyama mirrim baany yulendj brings together creative practice and Indigenous-led research to uncover the hidden waterways, memories and histories that continue to shape Boonwurrung Country beneath Melbourne’s modern urban landscape. Water is a living presence – carrying memory, sustaining life, and shaping cultural and ecological relationships. This exhibition presents artworks and research that document memories within Indigenous place to reveal the ongoing agency of Country’s relationship with water.
