About
Heinrich Wolff is an architect, contractor and project manager. He co-directs Wolff Architects in Cape Town, with Ilze Wolff. His work has won the RIBA’s Lubetkin Prize for the best building in the world outside the UK, and the Daimler Chrysler Award for South Africa’s best architect. According to Wolff, 'The structure of good architecture has the structure of a joke. It is a theory and it is mine! This is what I do. More precisely, this is how I do it. A self-awareness of our working methods can advance the character of our work. It humanises the creative act.
