This interactive Thai Noodles Cooking Workshop offers participants a hands-on introduction to Thailand’s famous noodle dishes, while exploring everyday life, food traditions, and culture in Thailand. Led by a Thai chef , participants will learn how to prepare three authentic Thai noodle recipes , using traditional ingredients and techniques. The workshop explores the importance of noodles in Thai street food and home cooking, highlighting balance of flavours such as sweet, sour, salty, and spicy.
