About
The 15th Annual SXM Wahoo Tournament will take place at Dock Maarten in St. Maarten on October 30 and 31, 2026. The event is organized by the St. Maarten Sportfishing Foundation (SSFF) and brings another edition of the annual fishing tournament to the island. The SSFF was founded in April 2008 by fishing enthusiasts Sergio Hodge, Dean Hodge Jr. and Mark Anthony. They were encouraged by members of the previously known St. Maarten Big Game Fishing Foundation, including Robby Cijntje, Rickey Lawrence and the late Egbert “Slim” Richardson, to continue their work.
