About
This embodied and material workshop opens the festival by attuning participants to their sources of wellness and their environments, exploring wells and the more-than-human meanings of wellbeing through movement and zines. The workshop creates pathways for conversations and reflections around the festival's theme, which sets the stage for festival artists and audiences to share ideas and experiences for the following weeks. Presented as Part of The Being Well: SoloSIRENs Festival 2026 What do we as individuals, society, and a planet, need to be truly well?
